Mihaly is made by Ilya Gindin, an individual based in Georgia (“we”). You can reach us at [email protected].

• Mihaly is free. There is no account, no subscription and no payment.
• Mihaly is in early access. Features change, and some may stop working or be removed. The app checks for new versions on its own and offers to install them.
• We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to install and use Mihaly on Macs you own or control. The app, its name, its look and its focus music remain ours. Please do not resell the app or its music, or pass them off as your own.

What you put into Mihaly is yours. It is stored on your Mac, as the privacy policy explains, together with what leaves your Mac and how to delete it. Because there is no cloud copy, keeping a backup is up to you: Settings → Privacy → Export saves your data as one file.

Some features work through services you connect yourself: Google Calendar, Apple Calendar, WHOOP, Oura, Claude Code, Codex, Gmail, MeetCal. Their own terms apply between you and them, and you need your own account with each. Claude Code and Codex run under your own Anthropic or OpenAI subscription, so what Mihaly asks of them counts toward your plan there. Each connection is optional and you can disconnect it in Settings at any time.

When you hand a task to an agent, Claude Code or Codex works on your Mac in its own copy of the folder you chose, and Mihaly brings the result back for you to accept. Agents make mistakes. Review their work before you rely on it or merge it, and hand them only folders and tasks you are comfortable with them reading and changing.

• Do not use Mihaly to break the law or to harm, harass or deceive other people.
• Do not try to break into, overload or get around the limits of the services behind Mihaly, such as the sign-in service, update downloads or focus partners.
• In focus partner sessions, be kind to the people you work with. We may remove access to focus partners for anyone who abuses them.

Mihaly is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. We do not promise that it will be free of errors, always available, or right for your purpose.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost data or lost profits arising from your use of Mihaly or of the services it connects to. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or rights you have as a consumer where you live.

You can stop at any time: use Delete everything in Settings → Privacy, then move the app to the Trash. We may stop offering Mihaly or any part of it; if we do, the copy on your Mac and your data on it stay with you.

When these terms change, the date at the top changes with it. If you keep using Mihaly after that, the new terms apply.
